3.1 7-Day Performance Check
If your tool arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g., a motor failure or a faulty battery), please notify us within 7 days. We offer a full replacement or repair once our technicians verify the issue at our Islamabad service hub.
3.2 Return Conditions
Because tools are built for work:
- Unused Tools: Can be returned within 7 days in their original, pristine packaging.
- Used Tools: Tools that show signs of wear or have been used for projects cannot be returned unless a clear manufacturing defect is proven.
3.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned equipment passes our mechanical inspection.
